Shipping policy

PERTH METRO AREA SHIPPING: 

We deliver most items within the Perth metropolitan area.

For Bulky and/or Fragile items, please email the store at info@birdandfishplace.com.au with the product codes/descriptions along with your postcode for a delivery fee quote. 

ORDER PROCESSING:

We will pack orders within 2 working days of receiving payment for the order.

SHIPPING:

Shipping will be booked as soon as the order is packed - tracking will be updated when the goods are collected.

WE CANNOT GARANTEE DELIVERY DAYS OR TIMES as we use several methods of delivery.

LOCAL PICKUP (Click and Collect):

If you choose the pick up option, we will send an email to confirm your order is packed and ready for collection.

Please ensure you bring the confirmation email and photo identification when you collect your order.

Collection times are:

Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 4.00pm

Sunday and Public Holidays 12 Noon to 3pm

Before collection, please call 08 9453 6044 and quote your Order Number to confirm your order is ready.
